Feeling grey.

I am finally getting close the being able to paint the walls of the dining room after all the necessary work has been done. Unfortunately that has meant new electrics and floor joists! But once the work is done at least it shouldn't need to be done again in a long time now. Grey is the theme of the dining room, it is in here that I have the duck egg blue dresser and the Paris grey table. I am very inspired by the following images which were found on http://www.planete-deco.fr/2012/10/11/un-appartement-a-brooklyn-so-french-style/. I love the contrast of white and grey with the feminine touch of powder pink!

Christmas preview!

Ok. I know it's not even October yet, but the days fly by and before you know it it's December! With that in mind, I introduce the new hand stencilled hessian Santa gift sack. Oui Oui!

I was spending my Saturday morning perusing blogs as I like to do for inspiration and enjoyment when I came across Sweet Tea and Pumps blog- http://sweetteaandpumps.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/paris-market.html
where she shared pictures of a shop she loves called Paris Market. I am in love! I would die to own that shop, well, perhaps not die but I am trying to be passionately French about it! If one day I own a shop it will look something similar to this.
